We, Bob and Olivia (sometimes clients call us Bolivia for short) teamed up years back to build a network of executives around the world. It was a journey that most company owners can relate to — tough lessons learned in the trenches.
We went on to found InterimExecs where we provide a top team of interim and project-based executives to owners, investors and management teams. As we made matches with companies big and small, we got a front row seat into each organization, seeing what makes it thrive, survive, or decline.
We wrote Right Leader Right Time to share our findings from years serving as a matchmaker and to provide leaders and organizations a framework to realize much more success, creating better teams, better companies, better communities, and a better world. Thank you for joining us on our journey!
